kkriya Terms and Conditions

kkriya is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between kkriya and its users. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the platform, you are bound by these Terms.

These Terms are drawn up and governed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, kkriya's decision shall be considered final, and will always be made on the basis of fairness.

These Terms apply to kkriya's website, mobile applications (Android APK and iOS), and any other digital channels under its umbrella. All gaming, betting, and related services provided through the platform are covered by these Terms.

To open an account on kkriya, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

• Full name (as per National ID or passport)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Active mobile number
• Email address
• Password (at least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters)

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect that your account details have been compromised, contact the kkriya support team immediately.

kkriya will never ask for your password or OTP by email or phone. If you receive any such request, treat it as a fraud attempt.

The minimum age to open an account on kkriya and participate in any gaming or betting activity is 21 years. The platform's services are strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21.

3.1 KYC Verification Process

To ensure security and prevent fraud, kkriya follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Clear copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions
• Selfie photo (if required)

Withdrawal requests may be delayed until KYC verification is complete. All submitted information is kept secure in accordance with kkriya's Privacy Policy.

The following payment methods are available for depositing and withdrawing funds on kkriya:

4.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

When making a deposit, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted, and kkriya reserves the right to cancel such transactions.

Similarly, withdrawals will only be made to the payment account from which the deposit was made or which is registered with your kkriya account.

kkriya offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read in full before acceptance.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 VIP Cashback

The kkriya VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — ranging from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. This cashback applies to weekly net losses. Example: a Gold level member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus program — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to exploit the rules — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, kkriya reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

Sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other gaming services are available on kkriya. Each game category has specific rules, which are detailed on that category's page.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. kkriya reserves the right to change these limits at any time. In the event of a dispute over an event's outcome, kkriya's decision is final.

6.2 Errors and Technical Faults

If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical fault and bets are placed taking advantage of this, kkriya has the full right to void those bets. The stake will be returned in such cases.

6.3 Match Fixing and Fraud

Any attempt to influence the outcome of an event or to place bets based on unlawful information is strictly prohibited. If such suspicious activity is detected, the account will be immediately placed under investigation.

kkriya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Registration using false or incomplete information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Evidence of fraudulent activity on the account
• Instances of bonus abuse
• Failure to complete KYC verification

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

kkriya always strives to provide quality service through its platform. However, kkriya will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues
• In the event of delays or failures by third-party payment gateways
• If account details are compromised due to the user's own negligence
• If the service is interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government directives

In no circumstance shall kkriya's total liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

The design, logo, website content, software, and all related elements of the kkriya platform are covered by kkriya's exclusive intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or modifying this content without kkriya's written permission is strictly prohibited.

The intellectual property rights of content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, etc.) remain with the respective companies.

kkriya has a detailed Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information. This policy is an integral part of these Terms. By creating an account, you also accept that policy.

kkriya keeps your data secure through SSL encryption and other security measures. Your personal information is never sold or rented to third parties.

kkriya reserves the right to partially or fully change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via their registered email or through a notification on the platform.
